Seems it's been a while for all of us.
I'm still desperately in need of a break from babysitting.
We have had a storm come through....ice only of course, we never get snow....it's caused me a lot of pain.
My son is home from the Marines only for 1 day and I am having to spend it in the Dr. Office and according to the lady beside me the dr.is running an hour and a half behind:( I want to be home with my son!!!
How was Christmas? Mine was great, my son walked in the door Christmas morning all decked out in his blues. He is so handsome:) I had my kids and my grand baby this year...it was great. And I got through christmas dinner. First big meal I have cooked in years.
I hope you will all check in and let me know how you are doing and how your christmas was.

I can sure understand your need for a break in babysitting. I had my grandaughter for only two day's and I was exhausted!
So wishing you better weather, less pain, and more time to spend with your son!

My Dh was in Viet Nam and my Uncle was shot down in WW 2.
My Christmas was great ,even though we had to travel an hour both way's it was still great. I think the kid's really liked the gift's. I could see a smile. It really made me feel good.
