Morning Hens,
Omgosh I am so sick this morning. I had a TV dinner last night for supper and the chicken must have been bad because I have been sick all night. Threw up once and still sick this morning. No fever...I'm sure it's food poisoning.
Today is my sons pre-qualification on the rifle range. I am hoping he takes after his momma and will get expert lol.
But seriously, rifle qualification tomorrow is very serious so any prayers you want to send his way would be very appreciated!
I think Jill and I are going to hang out in bed this morning and watch videos and maybe call a friend or two.

i have to start getting ready for dr appt. i dread them so much. i was able to sleep through the night finally. i bought benadryl extra strength creme and it really helped. i still don't feel like going, but i will. trying not to panic.

Hippy, how nice to have those kind of talks with young girls. They remember those things. Nice to have the kids next week.
Glad you are going for the appointment Serentiy and that you had sleep. Awaiting news from you now.
My date went excellent! He was so much fun and we sat in the restaurant for hours and we laughed and talked endlessly and there was chemistry. A very nice man. Found out he was an East Indian Iraqy born Jew who married a Mennonite, so he has no problem with this Dutch Buddhist. LOL. Oh, how the world has become. He took me to his home for tea, very close, to see his new puppy and let me drive his new car. A week old, 2015 Mercedes Sport 500 SL. OMG, what a pretty car and when you turned corners, the seat squeezes you. He was showing me all the gadgets in a playful and not pretentious manner so it was fun.
Anyways, he was really blown away by my art and most guys just ignore my work, but he and I had a lot of same interests and energy so I will be seeing him again. After tea, I drove back to my car and a wonderful good night kiss.

Kim so sorry on your tummy. One of my least liked illness. I am sure none of us have it at top of list.
I hope you are feeling better. Prayers for D to have steady hands. I love that you were your daddy's boy.

Again wowsa . Hmmmm wonder if he dances. Not a show stopper because you need that for just you.
My therapist canceled with Migraine so I got to stay in. That made me happy. I can hear you now Angela..."people actually stay home with migraines" . I am super ok because I am doing an 8 week program through my insurance with no co-pay or cost to me. It is phone sessions and one hour. CBT and I love my therapist whom I can't see. I have schedules and worksheets,goals, learning what triggers and why and so much more. Next an hour a week with follow up life coach who works in tandem with therapist. Life coach is therapist also. I like this kind of therapy. Very on point. It is going to get me out of the house.
I am not afraid of outside. I just love inside. When I get out I am happy.. I would just prefer to stay in.

hippy, how lucky to be able to do the phone sessions. i only wish. sounds like a really good program you're involved with. i'm with you on liking to stay inside although on certain days getting out perk me up to just interact with people, but i never know which way it will go. when pain is bad i won't get out. i just say i'm not fit for human consumption. i wish you much luck with the therapist and life coach.
i've had my evening phone call from mother and told her i'm working on the agenda for our meeting with the nursing home. i was in a rush today, so it's really a draft and she hasn't been able to provide info i really need.
i'm checked out by dr and she agrees that it's soap or detergent. going to bed early b/c i'm beat from the commute and waiting in those stiff chairs.
