Morning my sweet hens,
Haven't had time to go back and read how everyone is doing yet. Hope all is well.
I got two letters from my son yesterday!! He is doing great and sounds excited about some upcoming training. And...his platoon won the initial drill competition!!! That's a very big thing.
I've done nothing but babysit. Today I am hoping to get in some crafting but I don't know as dh is due to come home today and that will probably be the end of my crafting.
Truly hope you are all doing well. Miss you guys! I've got to try to find time during the week to get in here more.

i had a really long, rough day yesterday and i can't write it all down, but thanks be to God and Tina for getting me through it. my pain has been so high it's been making me nauseous, but i have a yummy soup i made and i'll heat that up soon. having a sprite for breakfast :(
i'm still pretty sore from a fall earlier this week, so i'm just going to have a very easy day if the world cooperates.

Serenity sorry you are still suffering from the fall and anything else. I am glad Tina is able to
help you. Tomorrow is another day and I hope it is a better day.
My husband is still planting flowers. He is really into it this year. Lots of color.
Empathy it is no longer purple and yellow. My sweet bites I made yesterday sort
of flopped. The Carmel layer didn't set. The directions said to stir until thick which I did.
I was to simmer and I did. My skills for candy are good. If the recipe would have given me
A temp. or soft ball, hard thread, ect stage I could handle that. Until thick doesn't get it.
Sticky and even putting in freezer doesn't set it. :(
Romeo has been sitting inside cab of husband's pickup while he unloads rich topsoil in to the
garden beds and pots. This crazy dog of mine thinks he is going for a ride. It is warming up and
I have made him come in. Now on my lap.

how wonderful that hubby is so enthusiastic about gardening this year. most of mine are doing well, but the squirrels dug up all the wildflowers seeds, but my others are doing really well.
aren't our animals an endless source of entertainment. with all her fur, penny is laying at the door to the balcony sunbathing.
