I'm off to a concert tonight in London, i hate the underground but thankfully its only a few stops.
Dix, yes i get sweaty at night, but the main problem is my legs and feet seem to be on fire! Thats why we have the window open at night even tho its winter. I might put the summer duvet on tomorrow.
I did sleep better last night, i think the breathing technique helped, i was practising during the evening whilst watching tv. It probably relaxed me.

Musk, I had a 5 day migraine myself. It is spring for sure. Hope yours breaks. Music sure does help, doesn't it?

Tonight I'm going to the home and garden show with Peter. Things have gotten much deeper since he returned from Italy and I keep expecting the bubble to pop and a monster to emerge and it's not happening. Things changed for me when Andrew had a talk with me and gave me a few pieces of advise. He said...Do things for Angela and it is not selfish......Peter is not perfect....and....Relax. So I've since surrendered to a relationship and am taking it one day at a time. I know Peter is doing the same thing. Being independant people with walls up, before both of us used to shoot first and ask questions later. Now we assume the best in each other and enjoy the moment. It's a very unnerving experience.

dixie, i have been for years, but it's settled down a bit. i keep my feet out, too enjoy the grandbaby. i only got it halfway. my sister called and offered to drop off some chili she'd made, i have plenty.

i'm drained so much. supposed to sleet here tonight, so i got out for a few things, had the bus ride from hell. the poor driver. it wasn't weather or traffic...it was crazies all over. a driver knocked off his side mirror....on and on!
in for the weekend to hibernate.
