well, snow has hit the southern US.it's supposed to be the warmest day of the week and i needed/wanted to get out, but i'm revising those plans. people here go crazy when it snows and we're not only in hills and dales, but at the convergence of 3 major interstates.

my stomach is more in control, so i think i'm going to make a casserole. i'm very tired of potatoes and rice.

Hi hens, i need to read up on the previous postings, ive missed a couple of days.

I just got in from work and ive put my feet up for a rest, cup of tea on hand.
I'm am so tired, not just because of work, generally i feel so lacking in energy. I dont seem to sleep like i used to years ago. I always wake in the night.

I started a diet today, ive noticed my jeans seemed to have got tight !

Sons GF is getting another cat, its not a kitten, its older than Milo, they are coming over with it today. I'm wondering how it will get on with milo??!

Wrap up warm if you go out, everyone has colds at work, i'm amazed ive not caught anything.

Today at work we are having a poker party at the end of the day. Pizza is served. Will be lots of fun. I woke with a killer migraine so it will be pill popping and avoidance.

empathy, wowie. another kitty? do stay safe from the bugs going around. the ones here are dangerous. i'm sorry your sleep isn't well. have you ever tried liquid melatonin? it has helped me so much, but only the liquid works for me. i know you need your rest with all you do.

just had a heart to heart with my sister. we're both concerned about parents, esp mother...so sorry sister not only has the flu but shingles as well.
