Morning my sweet Hens,

Just jumping in real quick to say good morning. Sorry for MIA again, we have all been sick with stomach flu. Dh wound up in hospital for couple of hours. It was bad. We have had granddaughter sine last night because we were expecting A lot of snow but we only got half inch of snow and a lot of ice.

Hope everyone is doing ok, I haven't read back over the threads. Love you guys!

Oh dear, Kim. So sorry to hear you have all been suffering the flu. Plenty of liquids and sleep. Hoping a speedy recovery.

I had a mixed bag this weekend. the day I booked my cuba vacation, was the day I discovered my beloved brother in law has cancer. I adore Don and hate to see him and his family go through this. We will know more tomorrow. And, my lover-boy did not disappoint this Valentines. I have never had a romantic man in my life and oh what a delight to show up to his place and have a hot bath with rose petals and candles drawn for me. He had clients all day so I brought him home cooked turkey dinner from my son's birthday and the night was magic from there. Sigh.

I have lots of work to do here. Love to you all

Kim yikes on the stomach bug/flu. I hope in recovery and feeling better. Know you had a good snuggle with little granddaughter. Your weather sounds ours but no no snow for us. There is always this weekend as another storm coming in.

Angela the news of your brother in-law is indeed sad. I suppose more detail to come in regards to stage and treatment. There is always the shock. Cuba such fun. Warmth is what I am thinking. Lovely Valentine your guy is. How romantic.

Not much here. Yucky weather. Cooked my darlings desired meal for V-day. His gift was a Ninja for his green smoothies. My gift is being shipped. A perfume. Husband also baked a chocoholic bundt cake with chocolate glaze that lives up to it's name. I will get the recipe up real soon for those who like chocolate as it is easy peasy .

down with the flu, too. read and can't reply. wishing all better weather and health. mother and sister have it, too. ugh.
enigma, very sorry, but i'm a cancer survivor. 10 years. not fun, but not ...

i just have to share this as the most uplifting moment of my week. i called AT&T and got the most special rep. she asked to pray with me and asked if i would pray as well at the end of the long talk about my service. it was just like an angel popped in to prop me up b/c this has been a day from hades.
