heading downtown soon to get a few things, too. thought i had extra cat food, but nope. it's getting nippy. then just a few little things around here to tend to. hopefully, just a mild day.

Oigh what a day yesterday. I got a call from the doctors office to come in. It's hard not to think the worst. The specialist wants me to take an ultrasound before he will make an appointment with me so that is what that was about. But I'm drinking my AC vinegar and meditating and praying. The doctor did tell me to stop halfing my meds and suffering so much. I'm feeling better and more in control today. I cannot possibly stop painkillers and be in this much pain just for the purpose of prolonging my life. That makes no sense.

Tonight I'm seeing my boyfriend and he's been out of town for a while. He doesn't know what's going on and I'm not sure how much I'll tell him.

Get your nails done, Dix. Put on sparkles too. You too serenity and everyone else. Life is short.

I am serious. Usually I can arrow back and get them, but not today.

Angela dry needling is done by a physical therapist or a chiropractor. I can't do trigger point injections because the med in them makes me really sick for days. The dry needling really helps.
