Empathy a recipe book sounds like fun:) did you know you can buy those protective sleeves that kids use at school , cut them in half then fold each half in half and use them as a 4 x 6 photo protector...or recipe holder? Just an idea for your book.....that way if anything got on your pages you could just wipe it right off. Just a thought. However you do it have fun!!!:)

I've never wiped out the washing machine before after washing jeans. I'll have to see about that:)
Well I let my mom talk me into going to church with her. The church is 171 years old and they are celebrating it with a band and dinner. I wish I wasn't going...just going to hurt me to sit on those benches and I know it. And I am just not a music lover especially loud music. Why o why do I say yes?!

Dix, good idea, i have some of those from when my son was at school. I also have a laminator, does anyone else have one? Perfect for that sort of thing.
I love old churches but i can see why your not going to enjoy the loud music and the hard benches.
Never wiped out my washing either after jeans, but does anyone do an empty wash on the highest setting every now again to clean it as part of the maintenance? Sometimes i put a tiny amount of bleach in.
We went black berry picking over the nature park near us, but alas i think we left it too late as most of them were gone already. We did manage to find enough for a crumble and ive frozen some for a pie next weekend.

I had a nice post yesterday and it wouldn't go through. Since then I haven't been able to connect with DS on my iPad. After this check in I am going to try a few things because I don't like the heavy laptop.
Kim i know what you mean about the loud music and hard seats. Your mom will be happy to have you with her. You will take your pillow/cushion I hope.
Carly I always run a load of dark clothes after the jeans. This solves the problem. Good idea though. Sounds like it is calving season so hubby will be different hours maybe. Love those babies. Takes me back. Grandma and Grampa farm and now Aunt and Uncle. Always had a bottle fed that was so gentle. If you go back to therapist it would be important to make it clear his behavior unacceptable.
Empathy the black berry picking sounds fun even if you didn't get a large amount. I know you will enjoy the crumble.

empathy, glad you got some at least. i was asking the guy at the market why he hasn't had any. i'd love to go pick them off the bushes. hope you enjoy what you make.
hippy, hope you get you ipad working. those are so handy.
i got to know someone better yesterday. the woman who gave me the desk chair came to visit claire and i and stayed all day sharing stories. we had a great time, i just can't believe how worn out i am. she did stay all day and we also went to her apt when a guy was coming to pick up her loveseat. i'd hoped to finish cooking a couple of things today, but i'm so tired. even fun wears me out now.

Empathy, we use to pick black berries in collage. Now I am allergic to them. Did u see grandson eating the pie. Funny I can eat them cooked.

Easy day her but talked to mom. He is so depressed told her totalkto dr. She said she asked ger PT. He said no drugs. I say ask dr. I am so tired of calling her and hearing her depressed voice.

Yes you should check out wiping out the machine after washing jeans but I think that Empathy has a great idea about running the machine with a bit of bleach for maintanence. The black berries sound yummy for a pie. I so love old churches, but they are not always comfortable.
I will never go back to that guy. I am wondering if I should wait for them to call me for an appt or should I call them to say why I never made a new apptmt.

So sorry that you are getting a depressed voice from your Mom. So wish I could say what to do. I really don't think there is a right answer. Just go from your heart.
