I was up at 4:30 compliments of Littlebit AND Simba :( don't know what they are thinking!!
O well, I enjoy my quiet time. Dh is home so it will be chaotic today with everyone home.
No plans here, what's on your weekend agenda? O, there are fireworks at the lake this weekend, maybe we will drive down there.

i woke up on my own around 4 and couldn't get back to sleep til around 7am. makes for a weird day energy-wise, but i hope to continue things i started to get done yesterday on my own and with the help of my neighbor/friend claire.
i have a couple more 2 woman jobs. i'll just have to play it by ear according to my energy level, but i do hope.
i think it's going to threaten a thunderstorm all day which is fine as that creates a breeze.

Dix, Great idea, but i guess DS would say if you suggested that to them that there is an option to post pics in your own account, and groups have there own pics section.
I would like to post pics in this box tho, that would be good, but at least you can post links to websites in this box.

We had a little thunder today and weve had rain.
I woke early too, i beat both of you, i was awake at 2, woke up hot again and needed a pee!
I nearly got up and watched TV as i couldnt get back to sleep, but i eventually did, still tired tho.
I made a cake, it was a bit of an experiment. I made a sponge with dark brown sugar and put some caramel flavoring and walnuts in it, and i bought some round toffee chews and i sunk them in the sponge and i hoped that when baked the toffee's would melt and make a gooey texture here and there in the sponge. Not cut into it yet as its cooling but will let you know how it turned out.
