Well I was going to stay home and do nothing today but darn if we aren't out of coffee, salt, cat litter, crackers and I forget what else is on the list.....so I guess I am going to Walmart. It could all wait but for the coffe. I'm not doing without my coffee lol.
Cherry I signed David up with the Marines last night. He was telling me how bad those phone calls are....or lack of. And the Marines do 13 weeks of basic!!! I'm going to go crazy!!! But I have a year. Hang in there sweetie. Have you got your address yet?
I had to laugh at David...he told his recruiter he wanted to go I as infantry and the recruiter laughed at him and said " I don't think so, you scored to high on the entry test" I like this recruiter:) David wants to be an officer and he thought he would learn more in infantry. His recruiter set him straight. Turns out only 3% score a 90 on the test...guess who fit in the 90 range. He is going to work with David this year and show him how to get where he wants to be....what course he needs to take. I really liked him.
Well hens, what are you chicks up to today? Anything exciting? Fun? Interesting? O, tell me even the dirty work....cleaning? What's on the agenda?

Ive been food shopping, this afternoon meeting DH after work, going to get a take away Pizza, to hell with all this healthy food, lol.

empathy, that's the cutest avi! enjoy that pizza! i love healthy food, but you must have indulgences. pizza is one of mine, too, but i can't find any decent around here.
speaking of coffee, my coffee maker on/off button broke yesterday. i managed to get a pot made today, but i must have a new one. i really don't want to go out today. my friend, kathryn, had to go back to the ER last night for an impacted bowel and possibly more. she got discharged, but texted that she may need help today. plus finances are just tight this month.
i think i'll just work around here and wait for my friend to call. i have some seeds for mixed flowers to attract hummingbirds, so i'll get them in the soil since it isn't so windy today.

Kim...that's great that your son tested so high. Alex did, too and it opens so many possibilities for them. He was given pages of job options to choose from and they gave him his first choice. I just wish he had chosen the Air Force Band instead of security!
I'm still waiting for the next call to get his mailing address. He will never be short of letters from home!
I had two clients yesterday and I didn't hold up very well. They never know how I feel while I'm working on them, but I've been suffering ever since. I see my PA for a med check this morning... I'll get a lecture about eating. Stress is a killer.
Well ladies...get your coffee and plant your flowers...oh, and pizza!

I cleaned cabinets today as in washing them down. Enough for me. Also got one load of laundry in and watched a movie about Versace on Lifetime. Roast and vegetables that will become stew tomorrow.
