I'm going to be brave and watch my neighbors 3yr old son for one hr. ONE!!!! I made that as clear as possible that that's all I can do!

I had a very nice lunch and visit with family yesterday, however I did not sleep well at all!!
My left side of upper neck is stiff and very painful and it runs up to about the jaw line.
Always something!!!

cindi, sorry your neck pain is so bad. i hope you can get it to relax.
i woke up w migraine today, but i think the imitrex is slowly kicking in. it doesn't help that there's a firing range not too far away. so i'm just tiptoeing through the day.

Cindi...does heat help your neck? I recently got a package of men's tube socks, filled them with rice and tied a knot in the end. A couple minutes in the microwave and it's a soothing neck wrap.
Serenity...you need ear protectors! How's the flea problem?
I saw the PT who owns the place this morning... He's so amazingly smart. My left leg was killing me this morning and I asked him what he thought. He immediately found a Baker's cist behind my knee (I've only told my doc for over a year that it felt swollen) and he found other issues going on with the knee and Sciatic nerve. He gave me some stretches to do and he will follow up. Shoulder is doing really well, anyway!
I even gave my Dad a much needed haircut...Mom hasn't trusted anyone else to cut his hair, either. For crying out loud...
