Well, ive got the beta blockers(slows heart rate) and ive got the valium, i did write to the place that i had some counselling with earlier in the year and theyve put me back on their waiting list again.
I tried yoga, i'm just not that flexible!
I'd love to go swimming at my local pool like i used to years ago, but i'm a bit worried to do that until i get all clear.
