Exercise! yeah....right!:(
So do any of you exercise?
This is one topic that just irrates me LOL
I never liked exercising and I don't think many people really do actually enjoy it. It's work....who likes that?! It's hard, it takes time, it's, well, heck it's just no fun if you ask me!
It's like one of those things you "have" to do not because you want to.
But we also all know that it's the best thing for us, for our health & our hearts.
And who the heck feels good enough to do it? Not even normals like or feel like it 1/2 the time, let alone someone who lives with CP....it hurts to exercise and we suffer CFS , I mean, I don't know about you, but I'm doing good sometimes to get out of bed and pour myself a darn cup of coffee.....exercise?! Give me a break....not going to happen. But at the same time.....Not exercising is probably killing me.
I'm getting weaker, losing muscle, ect. ect.
So how many of you do it?
And what kind of exercise do you do/can you do? Tips tricks?

Anyone else do yoga?
i walk - outside the apt. when i feel really stupid, i carry weights. today i missed my bus stop where there are no sidewalks...that was speed walking...i bought a balance ball, pretty pink, looks very nice in the corner. tried yoga, which i used to do, but i can't lie on my back. i run to the bathroom or to catch the bus....
there are some good sitting and senior exercises on youtube. i can't find it right now, but there's a good chart of how many calories housework burns....
