I just wanted to say hi to everyone I have been off the site ..for ...a..while I was just not doing well .i have riten about ir in my jurnal if any one wants to read it .....I ended up ..getting on a new med and my depreshion ..is much better ....and ..the 4..year migrain ...has finaly broken .....I haven't had to have only had to have two painkillers for my migrains ...in over a month ..my new ...record ....two ..blessings ......I look forward ..to ..talking to ..you all ..but I am taking it slow coming back so I don't get over whelmed ....and trying to catch up with my ..friends ..list to .....take care everyone .....God bless
