i am up and just cant sleep ..............i had a migrain most of the day well allday and it is just to say it is there now but my head wont shut up so i cant sleep ..........could be the meds to keping me awake .................i sometimes like the house is quiet when my husband is in bed sleeping i use to like it when the kids were young and they were all asleep and the house was quiet .........it is so peasfull and everyone is safe ...............i feel at pease ..............we gave our son our old skies we had three pairs with boots and they have been using them they realy like them ...........he was over today to borow our car for his wife he is going out of towen for an interview .................so we had this big leather picknic bag here we have had it for a few years so we gave it to them because they would use it and we were not they were realy happy with it ...............they want to come over for brunch saturday they were suposto come over last saturday but there daughter was sick so we will have shrimp and oisters raped in backon meatstickes and a bunch of other goodies ..................it will be fun .................tomorow i have laundry to do and vacuming and brush the puppy and cut his hair on his feet and but and eyes ................i never seen a dog that growes so much hair on his feet under his feet and inbetween his pads ...........i have to cut his nails to ...............and clean him with some dry spray clener because he was out just about all day and the nabour burns wood and i ges the wind was blowing thid way and he smels like wood smok ...................well i gess i will say good night i hope you are all getting more sleep than i am ..............god bless

Have you tried a ticking clock in the room, when there are so many thoughts running through my mind, i zone in on the tick.. tock.. tick.. tock..
Also i may listen to talk radio with personal headphones so i dont wake hubby, but they have to be talking about something real boring!
Sometimes i listen to mood music, like the sounds of the sea or the rain forest, or anything relaxing.
Failing all that, get up and watch tv, sod hubby, he can suffer with me and then go back to bed and try again!
