Hello to all

Big hugs all around. To those feast eaters, glad you are enjoying the bounty. To all else, breath the good air.

I've been in pain for too many days now and tonight I will try to dance it off. Been an emotional week. I was reading a book on how to extract/deal with toxic narcissictic people and I had to accept that those are my 'loving' family members and to stop trying to equate them with the empathy that I have. They just don't and they just simply are mean. christmas is so very hard for me because of them and I get really anxious and depressed.

I'm not going to go in detail because we all know how twisted and complicated family matters can be, but this morning I found a solution. Because I am the only together one, I am hosting family Christmas at my home. I just want to have my sons, but of course I have to harbour the meanies if I want to take in the nice ones who need cheering up. Soooooo, I decided to invite in all of my friends and my sons friends for an open house. Have people coming and going all day and defuse the meanies and make it fun for the good people! Joy all day long.

I just might have a joyous Christmas this year.
