i spent far too long on the x-ray table today getting my whole spine done. ouch! just confirms that things are getting worse from one end to the other. changing my medicare HMO, so when that takes effect we'll make a plan. just got my meds filled, some lunch and headed home to the heating pad.
it was a beautiful fall day here, so i had the door open for some cool, fresh air.

Regarding your migraine....I saw my neurologist last week and she told me about a neuro surgeon she used to refer patients to for a neuroectomy. This procedure was like a decompression and worked well for occipital migraines. My neuro surgeon was hoping she could do Botox but she doesn't do it. My neurologist does prescribe topomax and it helps but I still get the occasional bad ones. More than I want. Lately they have been bad with the weather.

Agreeing with you on meat. I find my self roasting bone for a broth to make soup and I will do the occasional
Poultry. Fresh fish is not avaiable. I can purchase wild caught Alaskan but even question that. I do love my salmon. My oldest son asked what use is a hairless goat and I couldn't say. Possibly goat milk. I remember after you came home from Cuba you were sold on eating "clean".

Life here without F is a disruption for the small guy, Romeo. He is on a hunger strike. Also last night he marked my favorite pillow and bottom sheet by the pillow. At 1am I was changing sheets. Not something my neck needed. Usually Frank does the sheet changing. I didn't notice until I was ready to get in bed. Yorkie breed is really temperamental. Very loving and devoted but also get their feelings hurt and let you know when they aren't happy about something. I don't think it is so much that he misses F as it is that he thinks he is supposed to go wherever he goes. The little twerp goes everywhere when the car leaves. His nickname....American Express. You don't leave home without him.
