Halloween was so much fun. I pulled back on Fred. He was a bit of a downer. On one hand he can be sooo much fun and we laugh a lot, but he keeps pulling the race card when things go wrong and he doesn't get good service. Let it go, sometimes people are jerks and it's not because you are brown. I'm sure it happens, but....anyways, I went and had fun just the same. Joy is an option and I met a lot of nice people this weekend. But, to be fair to Fred, I have major trust issues, so I look for reasons to pull away and be with people on surface levels.
Back to work and enjoying my projects.

Angela glad you found joy in your weekend activities. In real life trust is earned as you go and I believe there is instinct. A natural thing. Others may be willing to take chances. I have never been, always held back. I do agree playing the race card takes a great deal of chacter away from an individual. I have had several good friends black and brown who are of strong character who would never find poor service directed towards their skin. Currently this subject could be a whole long discussion for the states as I believe according to my son it finds it's way to Facebook daily. I just don't do that form of social media. All I can say is it has come to the forefront.

I talked to my good friend inLas Vegas today and her daughter has moved to just on the outskirts of Vancouver. She decided not to reapply for an entertainment visa since she hadn't had many jobs and the cost was big $$$$. Quite an adjustment for her since she has virtually spent her teen years up in the states. No family there so I say brave girl. She will most likely reside in Canda for the rest of her life. She is into Goth and producing music. Also has a lovely voice and took acting lessons in Los Angeles.
Really had an enjoyable time with my oldest granddaughter. She spent two nights. Right now I treasure our time together. I am not sure at what age she might get to busy to spend time with us. We have so much fun.
She loves to watch food shows and they always make me hungry. Sometime we watch Home renovation shows. This is in the evening. During the days she spends much time with her grandfather unless she and I go shopping. For Halloween she was Supergirl with a blue tee shirt with the emblem and a red tu tu with black leggings under and knee high super girl tights. She had a super girl cape. I will post a picture. Her brother was a Mike Myers from the movie Halloween. I will try to post pictures in our photo section.
With rainy season upon us and weather changes migraines are inevitable. Musk I am hoping you are not suffering to badly. Angela I know you have had some doozies. For the past 5 days it seems the barometric pressure is affecting my neck and going up the back of my head. I almost believe trimingal neuralgia instead of migraine. It isn't a throb, more like I have been hit on the back of my head with a two by four. A burning and achey pain. Often reaches around to behind my ear and even the fron of my neck.
Always good to see Musk and Janie and any others who drop in. None are forgotten in my mind all the way back to blessedX2, heather, cherry and so many others.
