Well now, the Canadian Elections are over and we just elected Hot Prime Canadian Beef Minister. A young sexy Mr Trudeau and his equally enchanting liberal wife, Sophia.
It should be an interesting 4 years promising to legalize marijuana, very open to peoples rights in gay/lesbian/transgender as well as immigration, more tax for rich, lowering tax for middle income, immediately investigating all the missing indigenous women files aaaaand he's cute as a button.

i had my flu shot yesterday and started a new BP med, so i'm not sure which has knocked me over. we've made a bit of progress with the previous nursing home as they drag their feet and deny responsibility. we have a meeting with them thursday.
i'm just going to have leftovers and fresh salad for dinner and kick back this evening. we're having nice fall weather which is helping me sleep better.
