Littlebit has had me up since 3:00. I have a solution thouh....going to start spraying perfume on me before bedtime...she doesn't like it and stays away!

No plans today but rest. I'm in a flare.

Ive a another period within 2 weeks of each other, no wonder ive been feeling so drained, i'm loosing iron! lol. Yep, i have bought some iron tablets, but i cant take them everyday as they make me constipated.
Done one little job this morning,waiting for the rain to stop!

hi everyone ......hope you are all having a good day .....haven't done much today yet just been getting the truck camper ready for camping ...................enigma .........say happy birthday to your son....... a very special birthday .....turning 18. I hope the rain stays away ....supper sounds great ...have a good sleep and have a great time today at the birthday party and forget all your problems for a few hours... ....................dixe.............it should be interesting to see if the perfum works ...so you can get some sleep ...so long as you don't spray so much it keeps you up ...lol.....I hope the flair up settles down and you feel better ......................empathy...............I was just wondering if you are nearing menopause .......when I was starting menopause I started getting periods closer together and than I just had my period all the time for over a year ..till the doctor finale gave me a pill to stop my period that I took for about a year and when I stopped the pill I never got the period back ...but I have been enimic ....since and need to take iron .....I have to drink lots of water ....need to have fibre so I take a supplement and eat my vegetables .....this all helps ...to not be conctapated ....some vegetables have more fibre than others so you can look that up under getting fibre .....once in a while if I need to I use something to help me go to the bathroom ..but should not be used to often be causes it causes your mussels to weaken and depend on the med .....I was also getting blood tests regularly ...now I get them every 3 months ....but that is also because I am diabetic but they check my iron to .......Brolly ...is high in iron..........I hope ....things get better for you .......................................take care everyone ...god bless

Angela, I can't believe you are up at that hour. That would be the time of my first pee after going to bed at Midnight. lol. TMI from me I am sure. So sorry you can't sleep. Wishing your Son a very Happy Birthday! Good that your patio is covered from the rain. The roast, potatoes and fresh green beans sound so yummy. Your guests are going to love you.

Kim, I am the best at ignoring problems or putting things off so they all go away. Funny thing....they never do. I have tried to tell myself that if I just faced them head on and took care of them I wouldn't have so much anxiety worrying about it.

I think that is a great idea about spraying perfume to keep Littlebit from waking you up. Don't put it off!! Do it tonight and get some much needed sleep.

Emp, I don't know what your age is but I can tell you that when I was starting with Menopause I had periods all the time, and always unexpected, and then they finally just stopped. It was miserable before it finally stopped. You must continue to take your Iron tablets and there are so many things you can take to not be constipated.

Hope your rain stops soon.

I have something that is making me crazy. My Mom came for a visit today. I knew she was coming (this time) so I had time to dust a bit and run the vacuum. We had a very nice visit and she stayed much longer than usual but that was nice. We talked for over 3 hours. Mind you, I had to sit right next to her on the couch because she said she couldn't hear me unless I did. I told her after about 2 hours that we are going to have to change places on the couch because I was getting a crick in my neck looking only to the left. :-) She thought that was funny and we had a good laugh.

So when I walked with her to her car she said something very odd. She said, "this will be the last time I come here". I do not know what that means!! I could not bring myself to ask her the hell that means. I just let it go. She had 3 hours to tell me what that means. I don't think she meant my house, I think she meant Texas where most of our whole family lives. Something is definately going on and I have got to find out what it is.

I won't sleep a wink thinking about it.

So sorry for writing a book but Hubby is not the greatest listener and I had to say something out loud. Thank you for hearing me.
