Morning Ladies
Cindy, so nice to see you post yesterday. Sorry to hear you are going through so much trouble.
Hippy, my gosh, what a tumble! Hope the bumps heal fast.
Cherry, what a sweet story about the dog. Some things are just meant to be. Don't rush back to work, girl. You just know that will cause trouble.
Dix. What a proud mom you must be with your kids. What a blessing.
I haven't slept for days and tonight is no exception and it is soon to be friday. This day is a major yearly golf tourney for the electronics industry so I'm going to peddle my business cards for a job, and have a great time.
On top of a hurting head all week I've had a sour stomach and no sleep. I ended my relationship with my boyfriend once and for all and there have been no tears or anger from me so I wonder if I'm holding something back. I feel no emotion what so ever. I just woke up on Tuesday and said, that was it, and told him so. He still phones a few times a day and sometimes I answer but I will not be swayed. He's coming by this morning to pick up his mail and I'm giving him a few items he still has here and I'm going to reinforce the new rules incase he has any mixed messages.
On Wed, I spent 4 hours working on a resume and cover letter for a job that I really want and 20 minutes after I sent it, I got a call in for an interview. I couldn't believe how fast of a call back I got on this one. I go on monday, but I happened to have a meeting set up with my career counsellor for a mock interview yesterday and so we did it for this job. I was able to iron out any questions that might come up and learned a few things about myself. She video taped me and I could see if I was slouching or jittery and if I didn't smile enough. It was a great learning experience.

I am sorry about your sleeping problems, that sure sucks!!

Today I go and finally get my hair trimmed and eye brows waxed ...its about time!!
I sure hope that we all can have a good day today and Cherry I am always thinking about you and hope that you heal properly and can get back to life again... I sure know that feeling after my last foot fusion 2 months ago.

Had to take my car in this morning to get the window fixed.....it wouldn't roll down. ...was driving me crazy.
Then my MIl treated me to breakfast at the huddle house and then we went to some yard sales. Then mom picked me up and we had lunch with my aunt. Back to get my car, get groceries, pick up the kid at school....I feel exhausted! And I still have to go get sweet feed for the calves.
Long day but at least I wasn't hurting too bad.

dixie, your day does sound exhausting...glad you got to spend time with loved ones.
finally checking in after a hectic week...getting penny and apt flea-free, doing massive loads of laundry, going with my mother and sister for funeral pre-planning for her and my dad, so things will be settled. my mother and sister are on their way to FL to see my uncle who's been struggling with prostate cancer for about 8 years. he's going into hospice and doesn't seem to have long. just going to take it easy this weekend.
even though i haven't popped in daily, you're all in my heart!
