So true, i dont know about the rest of you, but i wish i had taken more care years ago. The way i look at it is in another 20 years i dont want to have the same regrets, so i'm looking after it NOW the best i can.

Oh good reminder. I am living with my falls and accidents of the past. Also from pushing myself so hard in my 40's when I had to travel so much for work.
