...is 89 today! He's in great physical shape, but does have some short term memory issues. It's nothing serious, but we have to be mindful of what we ask him to do.
One time, whle I was doing my Mom's hair, he was sent on an errand to get me a newspaper. A while later, he came back with a banana. lol
I want so much to put my pajamas on and watch tv in bed, but I have to rally for cake at their house in an hour. Oh man....zzzz

I had seen Dad during the day and was first to call him in the morning. I hate to say it, but I doubt that he could make a list of who was there, anyway. The big party will be next year when he turns 90! He has Sisters who are 93 and 95!
That's amazing that your Dad still has two sister's who are 93 and 95. Sounds like there is definately longevity in your family.
We gave my Mother-in-law a surprize party last year for her 90th..............we probably wouldn't have done that if she had a bad heart. :-)
It was so sweet, as so many of our relatives and friends showed up and many of them had a long drive to make it there.
Hugs!
