The Gathering Place Community Group
Welcome to the gathering place. Where friends gather to chat about everyday lives. We don't play any games, nor do we have a need to grow big. We are simply a group of friends who need each other's friendship and support. We believe in prayer and we value and respect the private needs of everyone here. God bless you all!

Sending my love to LisaAnn who's like a sister to me. She's had more loss and grief in her life than any young woman her age deserves to have. I truly hope that this scare with Tim is a wake up call that he's able to finally get the medical help that he needs.
At least it was recognized how serious Tim's health condition is so that he was flown to a better hospital in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Hopefully LisaAnn will get some news tonight about how he's doing ~ I'll let the group know what she tells me. Keeping Tim and his family ~ wife Lisa and son Noah ~ in my heart and prayers.
Much love, Huelani
Good news that LisaAnn was able to talk with Tim twice today in the hospital and he's in good spirits! The doctors are running a lot of tests but still haven't confirmed what medical procedures they're planning to do to help him as his heart and kidneys are affected.
Let's keep praying for Tim and that the doctors are able to help him regain his health so LisaAnn can keep her big brother! Keeping LisaAnn in my prayers for her to have comfort and strength during this stressful time. I'll let you know when I hear more news ~
I Love You All Thank You !
You are all the best,
LisaAnn
Fortunately the doctors have been able to do some things so that Tim is breathing easier and is more comfortable. His condition is considered stable so that's a blessing. They will contact LisaAnn immediately if there's a change in Tim's condition.
Please continue to pray for strength and health for Tim, wisdom for his doctors, and peace and comfort for LisaAnn. Our messages of support truly make a difference to LisaAnn and help her not feel so alone during this stressful time. Thanks so much for your caring and friendship here in The Gathering Group for LisaAnn and me! Hugs & love, Huelani
Hugs to alll
Peace & Love~ Pam
P.s. Huelani, thanks so much for the updates. We all know how hard this must be on LisaAnn and she may not always be up to being here to inform us of changes in her brother's condition.
Just had to remind you that you are not alone. But when life gets too over whelming run under Gods big old wings and hide there in safety until the storm passes. Trials are meant to strengthen not weaken. May the prayers of all those here keep you strong and bless you.
Love Rachel
Thanks for the updates, Huelani!
LisaAnn I continue my prayers for your brother and for you dear one. I totally agree with Judy to keep hope alive for your brothers recovery. He is not beyond a miracle and we know the one who is able to bless him with one. I send prayers for your strength and peace in the Lord. We are here for you and hoping for good news.
Love Rachel
Tim's been in the hospital 6 days and LisaAnn is concerned that they don't seem to be moving along very quickly on his behalf. I expressed to her that to me it seems that they're proceeding very slowly and cautiously since he's in such a fragile condition with his heart and kidneys compromised. Rushing in to do too much too soon could make things worse. At least they've been able to remove some fluids and keep Tim comfortable which is significant.
LisaAnn is still waiting to make a decision about flying out to be with Tim. Her main concern is that she doesn't want Tim dying alone as happened with their brother Bob. Apparently Tim's wife Lisa is not able to take off work to be at the hospital with Tim nor were she and their son Noah able to make the 9-hour drive each way to visit Tim this weekend. So Tim is alone in the hospital.
LisaAnn is in daily contact with Tim and his nurses. LisaAnn has a lot of background about medical procedures because unfortunately she has been through a lot of medical crises with family members in the past who died. I think she's doing a good job of staying calm and positive when talking with Tim and also doing an excellent job of understanding the information from the nurses about Tim's medical condition and treatments.
Please keep Tim, his doctors and medical staff, and LisaAnn in your prayers. I know our friendship means a lot to LisaAnn that she's not facing this so alone. Praying that LisaAnn will have guidance in her heart to know if and when it's time to fly out to be with Tim. Trusting that all will unfold in time with the best results~
Thanks so much for your friendship for LisaAnn and me and your continuing prayers. Love & hugs, Huelani
