so i had abreak fast with egs and wheat bread 10 minutes after that i took my sugar level my sugar is at 239 so was i too eager to get this .and i should have waited ,

yes, rule of thumb, 2 hrs after eating. Your body is just beginning to process the carbs and will continue to go up for the first hr.
