What about Madison, Wisconsin and Jefferson City, Missouri? Aren't htey also named for the respective presidents?

So to me that'd make D (3) unless I'm totally off kilter here.

Now hold one, Bgood, Washington DC is the nation's capital, and does not sit in a state---District of Columbia is *not* a state. So if the quiz s counting that one, the quiz is wrong. I might be wrong on Jefferson City and even Madison----htey have names from preidents, but that doesn' tmean anything necessarily---could be named for other people (like AUstin, Texas) but I know DC is not a state. Nope nope nope. So I had to throw that in.
