Hi all;
As a long weekend arrives I shall strive to be active. But with the heat it may not be possible to go outside. As I lay I wonder what others watch or do to stay occupied. If you watch TV, is there any show that you binge watch for hours? I like sports but if not I really like Blue Bloods. In love with Bridget M!
Or i sometimes get sucked in to a plot of Law and Order. That show just sucks you in sometimes.
Could watch old 70's reruns all day.
Or maybe some like to knit or draw. Cool too.
Anybody else binge watch and if so what show?
Martini

It still chokes me up. I had tears in my eyes again. I love Ted Lasso and would highly recommend watching it if you can. It is on Apple TV now season 4 episode 1 dropped on Wed and will continue dropping each Wed until season ends some time later this year.I must add I will gladly be paying the $19.99 per month to get these shows each week after my free 30day trial of apple tv ends from buying a...

i like law& order CI, cooking and fixer upper shows or film noir movies. too much, but we do what we have to do.
We have CC on all programs bc I have a weird hearing/brain thing.
James Spader is great
Marion- used to like GH. Do you remember the days of Liuke and Laura and Felicia and Jack Wagner. Those were my days.
Seren- for sure cooking shows. DDD and Top Chef. Did you like Rachael Rays shows? I did. Fixer Uppers are good too, the one w the cute couple from Waco
Moonie- yes like some British too. Whats that one on Pbs Doc something? Like that one
Erika- not fam w Dexter have to look it up. Like Chopped and Criminal Minds too.
Mike- heard the Blacklist is good
I cant watch any hospital shows, gory or guts or alot of violence. I dont need to be scared. When they take you in for brain surgery and say you might not live, that was enough scaring of a lifetime for me.
Love to hear more....

Love the kick ass movies, but love the animation too ;)
Need some outside time too, though I don't last long I love getting my hands in the dirt and making progress on the homestead :)
That's right, I love when our Dish gives us BBC America, I can tape Star Trek:Next Gen. Bing watch.
But, I Also tape NCIS, Cops, anything paranormal....and watch when I can.....mostly, when husband is at work.
He likes the mountain men "reality" shows. And...sports....duh!!!
I love BBCAmerica though they've been scaling back on the British imports ever since AMC bought in. PBS has some good ones too though they don't seem to like to air marathons unless a new season of a series is due to premiere (like when they aired a marathon of "Downton Abbey" prior to the final season).
All the talk about "General Hospital" made me feel the need to chime in - I used to watch back in the '90s but stopped when they went all mobster crazy and didn't really return again until the 50th anniversary and watched for a bit again until it went back to mobster meh. I tuned in this week and saw some of the Nurse's Ball and found it quite laughable and sad. As someone who used to watch the other ABC soaps I feel sad that's what has become of the last remaining one.... I'd hardly say it's binge-worthy at this point.
We've watched all 12 seasons several times through on
Netflix
