Just got an order for some Christmas Bells. I get so excited when my friends want something I make. My current projects are actually for Ed and myself. He needs a cover for his leather office chair as it is either too hot or too cold to sit in. And then my computer chair also needs a new seat cushion and I will also make a back cover for it too.

The grand babies blankets can wait as I don't know when we will get to NC, and I can always finish them out there.

Our warming trend has begun. The sun is shining bright and today it starts with 54 degrees warming up to the 70's for the weekend. Wrapping presents only thing on the agenda today. Wish me luck!

Hi kids,

Foof, the day is cold eh? 15 degrees her with wind chills at 0 degrees. Its too early for this. I really dont mind winter, cant change it but this is too early! I had a fabulous weekend with my two brothers and sister. Had brunch on Saturday. Then Saturday night we went out for my 50th birthday. I took them to my favorite restaurant, called Clawson steakhouse. It is a classic steakhouse with wood paneling and white table cloths. I know the owner and we have afavorite waitress. Needless to say we had a great dinner, great service and a wonderful time. They have a band and we all danced with our spouses. My siblings were quite impressed!
We have not always been close (mainly due to age)so this will be a great memory. Otherwise Lord get me thru to next week where I will have a 4 day weekend. I had a dream last nite that I was driving to Key West and got pulled over. We had to hide the brownies tee hee. They said we had a blinker problem. weird eh?

Seren-if your head is just above water, the FC will swim you back to shore right?
Toni- Sorry about your brothers friend. Try and get some rest eh?

I couldn't let you go thinking I hadn't checked out your beauties and they are too :). I'm amazed at the details you put on your creations, you have a true gift with your work. I liked the clowns too Lisa and one of the teddy bears, might be because of grammmagus riding with a giant one on her bike ;)
