I chose this title because of all the support and devotion showed to Erika in her need. Always know we can count on each other when needed the most. Thinking of you this morning Erika, know you and your Mom will play many games on her behalf <3.

So any big plans for today or are you choosing to take this day to unwind from a busy week and it has been a busy one for all?
I'm planning on working on my monthly menu. It's the only way I know how to shop and save the money! Rain is coming again sigh so not sure when I can do that shopping, but actually have food leftover so have a few days to get me by.
So ready for one of our hot tub adventures my friends or a retreat at a nice warm slow lapping beach! Who's joining me?

As far a shoping, I do it very differently. Go to Wal-Mart.con for most the unparishable things. Go to Wal-Mart app for groceries. I order my oldest picks up. She orders from there too. Its great because it shows all these great things to order. You have to watch size though. I order 2 lbs strawberries...had to through away a few. But, its hard to know because daughter doesn't always pickup when I need groceries. And, I don't always have money when she does.
So, going to take nap soon. Body doing a shut down. That usually means I've pushed too hard. Must listen to body.
After while, crocodile
I am in my paradise as the river is right underneath me and all is right in my community. Last night we were invited to the Four Corners ( where to docks intersect ) for a celebration. Mario's birthday is Sunday. Chairs and tables were set up and we sat outside and it was pleasant weather! What a great community.
Mary-it is important when we listen to what our bodies need. That was a lesson from my Rare Disease Doc as he said the only way we know when we need something is when our body speaks to us. Listen and do what is needed for you.
My morning started out with accidently taking double my Flecanaide for my A-fib. This means I must not do anything to cause my heart rate to go bonkers. Stupid!!! Good thing my pain isn't screaming.
