65f , sunny and pleasantly warm for October.
I know Carly is going to find that hard to believe so I googled and found this : )
Why Perception Varies...
Regional Norms: As discussed by users on Facebook, people in cooler climates (like the UK) might treat 18°C 64.4 f as a warm summer day worthy of t-shirts, while people in warmer regions (like Florida or Australia) may find it chilly and put on a jumper.
Still no sign of lots of rain, we still have the hosepipe ban in place.
I've been out rolling up my garden rugs/mats that were on the decking. I store them over winter and I've given the decking a sweep off in my t shirt haha :-)
I'll probably give it a coat of something to give it some protection over the winter at some point.
I'm going to paint the bath panel this afternoon. I've made so many attempts to do something with under the bathroom sink that's not worked out, I've decided to just block up the pipes with a panel. So it looks like the bath panel just continues round under the sink. I've come up with another idea to store cleaning products and toilet rolls instead of under the sink.
Joanne, there is a couple of trees on the way to work I love seeing every autumn, they go lovely red. Look out my bedroom garden and there's not much to see, a lot of greenery. Yeah why bring out a book now after all this time but for money. I wonder how much contact he has with his nephew's. I wonder how much contact Harry and William had with their grandparents on that side after she died.
How on earth do you pre cut wallpaper when there's a pattern involved? I could never do that, you are clever!
Carly, once on pills it's so hard to come off them, especially if they are for age related health like blood pressure tablets. Lol Doug thought he'd come off his once his blood pressure was down. It doesn't work like that. Did Joanne ever tell you when she had her ablation done?
Leo we desperately need rain. A lot of the UK don't care about the monarchy either. The one's that do would really like to see William becoming king. William and Catherine and their family are the favourite here.

Hope this weekend's been a bit silly and a lot of fun!

Monday is National Rhode Island Day!Have you ever lived in or visited Rhode Island? If so, tell us what's great about The Ocean State!

Another beautiful autumnal day. Yes, we think this is really wonderfully warm! Not Carly for sure, LOL!
Sandra, on my counter top which I think you called a bench, I place a piece of tape for the wallpaper piece that needs to be matched, then I roll out the new piece to match both bottom and top. I then place a number on the back of each piece to go up in order. It makes life so much easier. Love that you can see a red colored tree leaves.
Princess Diana's brother is a money grubbing horrible person. I've never liked him and over here we don't either. I'm in the minority for the admiration for King Charles and his environmental stance. I did not like his treatment of Diana, she should never have married him but I'm sure he was coerced by Queen Elizabeth.
Carly, waiting to hear how the Abbeville home is going with the Diocese. Just like Mom at some time it would be nice if you were done. Do you get to experience any Autumnal colors. One day in the future you and Mike need to take a trip to see the leaves, it's unreal.
Leo, good to see you when you can.
Time to do some laundry, paint some more on my table, clean the upstairs bathroom and then watch a movie.
PEACE
HUGS to all. Laundry day. SO much to do!
Sandra, ha! I do find that hard to believe about the weather. Trust me if I had 64.4f I would for sure be wearing a jumper and glad to have it.
Thank you for sharing that.
Glad that you got the sweep of the porch in your t-shirt. lol. I am cold just thinking about it. What is really cold and winter for you? How do you get to work when it is really bad out there? They must give you a pass.
I see Joanne wrote about a bench in her reply. Do you call a counter top a bench? I hope you can figure out what to do about the under the sink thing. They always seem to collect nothing but cleaning product.
I hope Doug sticks to his BP meds. BP around here is always up and down. I won't even share with Mike how high mine is.
Joanne, I am also wondering how the Abbeville house is going as well as the Diocese. It would be sooo nice if we were done. I have got to make it my mission and just try to focus on that alone. That will be hard as the ranch is needing help. We have got to make a decision.
I do remember driving to an Army reunion in DS. We drove through all the states with leaves changing. It was so beautiful. I do remember Vermont was really pretty as well as Virginia.
Leo, I hope you have a nice laundry day. What exactly does that mean? Are you washing everything or just certain things? My laundry day's are always different. Sheets one day, colors the next and then whites.
Wishing everyone a great week.
