People walking AWAY from a bullet to the shouilder. Reality check, folks: That injury can cause permanent damage to nerves if you live, if you're lucky. If not, that's actually a shot with a decently high mortality rate. but in the movies? THey put on a band-aid and walk away! Seriously?!!!!

(Yes, I've seen that injury in real life, military vets in my fam, nuff said.)

Probably jumping off a roof at around 10" and they nicely land and roll and keep going. Everybody i've seen do that, usually break or sprain something and are limping pretty bad afterwards. I done this a few times in my younger days, I could land and roll but the roll always ended in a big SPLAT. lol

Also car chases during rush hour and they never get stuck in grid lock.

Cop cars that manage to flip over when the zippy sports car of the hero/bad guy never does. Sit in traffic around the DC beltway for a few days and that *never* happens! It's the other way around!

Oh, and let's not forget--- Nobody gets bloody sore or broken knuckes or hands in the fist fights. Yeah, as if!
