i think so many good things to say about each member, but haven't so thanks for the suggestion.

toni, our founder, is so strong and sensitive to the needs of others. she can kick a$$ and take names, but is always aware of those in need.

I think hurtingangel is one of the best friends I've ever had -- loving, trustworthy and gentle!

I'm finding it really hard to pick just one as each of you mean so much to me in so many different ways.

I truly admire Joanne (moondancingnana, Lamamamma) with all of her health issues and for all she does for her children she rarely complains. She is always there to lend support, a kind word or advice. Someday when I grow up if I could be half the person she is, I will have accomplished much and hopefully touched as many lives as she has!

I will give a shout out to Martin for starting this post. I also read the "5 things about you" and LOVE your random acts of kindness. It is a reminder to us all that you don't have to make a grand gesture to make a big difference in someones life. A kind word, a compliment, paying for a strangers coffee or even just a smile can make a huge impact. Love having you here Martin. Giant hugs and lots of love!

I think Dianna is a great friend, always checking in with me to make sure I'm okay. I can say I truly appreciate her friendship and support. I don't know what I'd do without her some days.

Ladies and Gents,

I think old Martin didnt splain himself very well. You don't have to pick just one person. Just one at a time. It is meant to be a chain that people can enjoy over time. Isnt it nice to hear good things about yourself and others?
A ray of positive light. So if all agree, we can keep this going casue i know there are many other people I admire and would like to recognize. No life isnt a boowl of cherries for all of us but doesnt mean it cant get
better. So on to next one.

I admire Toni for having the vision to start this group. For making sure it stays focused on recovery but also
laughter and fun. For keeping it going and making newbies feel wlecome.

I love Seek to pieces, as do everyone else. He amazes me that through all his pain and strife, he never fails to show up to lend support and sparkles to all. He's a fine specimen of frog flesh (somehow doesn't pack the same punch as horse flesh, lol). Love ya Seek!

I have to give a shout out to Toni. We've walked through some pretty hairy stuff together. When something goes terribly wrong, she's the one I call. Although she can be ornery, she's got a heart of gold. My partner in crime.

I love everyone here so impossible to name just a few. It almost turns into a high school popularity contest when I know that's not your intent Martin. I could be here all day listing everyone. Just all around awesome folks!

if you newer folks want a good laugh go back many pages to our continuous story and the name has slipped my mind. that thing went on for weeks and weeks and was so funny as each person added a bit. along, tall tale is the title...brain still works!
