Pretty, but I know if it was me I'd distance myself, because I don't like being hurt. That cat is too old to tame now and you've already said it's sick. Your neighbor isn't doing those cats any favors, don't get like him.
My town had so many of them at one time they refused to take anymore. They just started putting them down as they got them. How unfair people get an animal and then don't take care of it. They seem to think a cat can take care of themselves. They die from the cold, hunger and disease. Or like you said someone is poisoning them, that's the most unfair of all, it takes a lot to kill them so they live in misery.

I watch an American programme that deals with neglected pets. I just dont understand why when people move, they leave their family dog.
You see animals in all sorts of terrible condition, like starved, even horses.

I wrote a tight contract for her. He just came in here. Minding my business.
