I don't do this. I throw pity parties. ...speak in generalities about " our" pain ..and lives with it.
..I don't talk about MY pain.
..my pain's about as bad as I can remember it ever being.
..got a referral back to my favorite Dr..
But..
Feeling ..
Kinda desperate..to tell the truth.
I'm on Max amount of very strong and varied meds 24x7..
And, still getting caught off-gaurd and crying out. ( I HATE doing that..it's one of the reasons I prefer not to go out now.
..Scared my poor little grandson yesterday
..I don't know what the point of this is.
I should have put it in " journal"
..I think part of me feels I need to do this to try to keep me from ending this.
I'm sorry for how dramatic that sounds. I hate drama.
If this is inappropriate..I won't mind you deleting it.
..I'm just feeling at a loss.
How long can one really do this?

just a little comic relief, i hope. remember when you used to put you fen patches in your robe pocket or under your coffee. we both seemed to have that problem with some regularity.
