Surviving change, what a pain in the butt. I really don't care for any of this...

I so wish I had a bit less on my plate, or even just the phyical, or the mental crap

i am really ready to head home today's go from one low point to the next

folks that I have been forthright with about my past month and mental health

wow they truely don't have a clue, the "just stop feeling sorry for your self stuff hurts

and it shows me that these folks really don't get it at all, it's as is they think I do this for attention

that I am somehow capable of switching this crap on and off ,

that I am choosing this life, that I like this world of chaos...

Home will help... It was great being here, it will be good to get home

get this new therapy going, I need some help in dealing with this chaos,

i feel profoundly sad and misunderstoud, Ms M is great.

however we did not get much time, nor privacy to speak at any length

Yesterday V chose to sit in the little house all day, blaming me for her misery

honestly, I do not understand? From just find to whinny and pissed

she than milked that shit all day and night.

I must have once again been a very bad person,

i mostly blew it all off, brought her some food and a glass of wine and left it all at that

being labeled as such a horrible person is really hard...

this crap ... Is quite a nightmare.

Strength to move forward is again getting very hard

i Know I am unbelievably lucky, but I sure don't feel like it

hi Mike, i hate that people dont understand you and all that you go through. im glad i "met" you here and know i'm here for you always. i really wish you n V could get couples counseling to help bridge that that which needs to be bridged. having supportive people in your life is so important. wishing you all the best with this outpatient program. much love, e

So, do people expect you to lose 25-30 lbs overnight. If so, then they are .... Way silly. So, how do they expect difference in you over night. Especially since you gave been dealing with this for years. Expectations, by others...,impossible. Live for yourself. Set goals that are reachable. Then...when you reach that goal...set another one...reachable! Then, before you know it...many goals are reached.

I agree with all especially E when she mentions lucky to know you here. How kind of you to take care of V's needs when she was having a bad day. That action is selfless and proves you think of others. Mike I have never found anyone aside from my husband and my two sons who understand my illness. I think my uncle might but I don't talk to him about it.
Everyone else are friends from this group or a few I met a long time ago from DDD and we stay in touch. Please know each of us support your journey, believe in it and understand it.
You have some # you can call for a quick chat when you want.

It's a lot warmer here than it was by the big lake, water temp, 61 degrees, air in the 70s
I thought it was perfect

Glad you are home. I have been so disappointed in the past when others don't have a clue about how my life is. But I guess that that just isn't their job. I'm sorry you have to deal with this with people you love and care about. I am so glad to have gotten to know you here. You are always in my thoughts and hope I can support you in ways you need, Gentle hugs.
