Well.. laid everything out to my Dr..
And told her I want to address ONE thing at a time
( last time I saw her.. I ended up with referrals to several specialists..and followed through on none)
I figured she'd go with the cardio stuff first.
I'm to address that as it occurs at ER for now
( got a feeling my cardiologist still hasn't been replaced yet.
Oh.. and also found out my pulmonologist.. who is a very nice man.. is also now gone.
Anywaaay.. she thought it best to do some blood work
To rule out lymphoma first.
Also, is scheduling a glandular biopsy.
She approved the Megestrol my PM prescribed for weight gain.
So.. it's a start.

You must be your own advocate. You needed to be in control. It might take longer to get the answers...But, at lest you know what's NOT the issue. .
She's a great listener.
I'm a PIA patient. :-)
I don't go in until fifty issues have piled up..
Agree to treatment plans ( including all the " ologists" :-) ..
And then get overwhelmed and don't follow through with anything.
..I'm letting her prioritize things based on her concerns ( she IS the DR. :-) ..
Just doing one issue at a time.. so I actually do. :-)
Already had the blood work before I came home yesterday..
So..I'm half way done with this part!
