Thank goodness you got it! Now maybe sleep will...".almost" become a habit. And you will be able to eat small amounts which does have a calming effect of their own :)

Glad you have received some help and hopefully sleep will happen. Would you prefer sucking your food instead of chewing? Just a thought on smoothies with whatever flavor and protein will help you out.

So glad your doctor gave you valium. That should help with your anxiety. When I used to have it bad, I would listen to music on a Walkman (I know I'm dating myself) all day long

Always hit the wrong key

I would wear the headphones even when I layer down
I'd put on easy soft music and it would hel
p me. When I had the music on, I couldn't really think about anything when I had it on.

JC - sleep and food. Just keep thinking sleep and food. Once those two fabulous things are back on track so too will you be and then you can be everything you wish to be for Jaimie and Eli.
Remember - don't fight the valium. Let it do its thing.

Dont fight it too much. The valiums gotta help. I take xanax and without it Id probably be dead. The stress would kill me. It helps me relax and sleep. Ive had enough trauma for a lifetime. After my brain surgery i heard my neurosurgeon tell the guy next to me that valium and xanax were " miracle drugs" and the surgeons all took them to wind down after a stressfull surgery. If its ok for them, its ok for us!
