Hey yous gals,
Only way i know to get on is start one. So i been taking it one day at a time. Meds better but fatigue is still unrelenting. I miss you all and have been away from here cause i dont want to come on here and bitch about the same problems over and over again. Cant stand repeating myself and dont want to be negative.
Wife was just gone for 10 days in San Diego. Booy it was nice. I love her but she is high strung, bi polar and wont stop arguing sometimes. 10 days peace and quiet! Played poker twice but sadly too tired to play much or well. I did ok.
So our computers are down. Everybody went home. Guess who had to stay. Yep. Me. Before i forget, i have to thank some for their advice. One person here told me to have fun and do something i enjoy. Sounds simple but i need to lest they send me to the funny farm. Many have told me to have fun. You were right!!!!
Secondly, several people have told me not to do too much at work. Dadgum they were right. I outdid myself. The reason im doing two peoples jobs is because i did TOO GOOD of a job. I finally figured it out!! Light bulb on, slap me on the head. This was after several one on ones with the boss btw.
But i am a one person dept. if the phone rings i gotta answer it.
Morale of this story is i should listen to my friends here. I did before though i just couldnt believe doing too good of a job could hurt me. It did. I f****d myself.
Anyhow, dont hate me for eatin crackers in bed or dinin and leavin. Im still here just about 30 lbs heavier!

had a good session. i made an appointment with my PCP for tomorrow morning before group. its time for a med tweak, an adjustment and a referral. i hope you all have a nice end to your day.
You know how to ' when the cat's away the mice do play' and so glad. Yep- doing a job too well has its downside. Glad to see you.
Erika-Glad you had a good session. Get the meds tweaked and hopefully you will be good to go.

Tomorrow is my final then one week before next term. Studying has really helped me to stay focused better then before. The Neuro was right in saying my brain really needed this. In fact my daily headaches are better. Still there but less painful.

speaking of yummy desserts. i just got one in my insurance newsletter...banana, berry and yogurt parfaits sprinkled with granola. sounds so refreshing. i write out the whole thing later, but it's pretty self-explanatory and approved by the AHA, so not too decadent, but looks it.
finally this front moved out and the skies are blue and it's breezy. i went down a couple of times and started blondie...all seems well. so relieved and found out my battery has a lot of life left at walmart test.
i think i'm going to celebrate by going to a little mexican place pretty close. they have good daily specials. i didn't get to the kitchen today, so i don't want to get in there til tomorrow. did bathroom today though. poor sleep, anxiety and driving around took a lot of the reserves if they even existed! aches are a lot better though.

hi Serenity thanks lol chicken onion broccoli green and purple cauliflower carrot and celery stew something or other and fresh butter milk biscuits for dinner. tomorrow will be chicke n quesadillas with salsa black olives and maybe refried beans. im so glad Goldies battery is okay. your dinner plans sounds marvelous...enjoy
Erika so glad you had a good appointment today and hope tomorrow is the same. A little tweaking this way, here and there and get rid of that creak...just might get you feeling like a brand new Ninja!
Relieved to hear all is well in Mario's corner Moonie :). Good luck on your final tomorrow (I had you going today). Great to hear this is centering you and diverting those headaches some :)
Serenity mmm desserts! About anything is sounding good right now LOL. Fantastic Blondie is back up and running again! Freedom rocks! Love Mexican...made chicken burritos again yesterday ;)
Miracle of miracles my Mom just called to tell me she went to the doctor and he ordered a mri and she's actually going to get it done. Whether she tells me the results or not who knows, but at least she's going.
Had a little spurt of rain here and then it cleared up to a pretty day and 70. Lily's opened up and dandelions....have to have those dandelions!
I felt very strange half the day....like a shadow was following my movements...weird. I thought get moving and put some water in me. I dusted and did some other cleaning....it's cleared up some. Think I need to do some of Moonie's thing....get centered.
