wondering about erika, so i thought i begin the closing post b/c i know she has a busy week.

we've had a day of big downpours and a thunderboom just sent penny running for cover. i wasn't up to following up my dancing in the rain idea. the humidity and the temps are so much lower it feels very nice.
IBS cramping is less, but still there. just ate egg noodles in broth for lunch. some mild, soothing thing for dinner.

hoping that it will be a calm evening for all with some luscious sleep and cabana boy dreams
(or hulu dancers :))

Serenity sorry your body wouldn't cooperate with the dancing, just no fun at all! Good to hear your ibs is letting up, but I bet you are exhausted...get some good rest.

I went to DG and got my monthly supplies and that wiped me out. I was hoping to go do laundry too, but it wasn't meant to be. The ol arms flair up needs to behave. I really need to go tomorrow.

I hope we hear how ME and Mike's appts went, hoping easy solutions for both.

Heard from Vicky and she's having a really hard time, but sends her love, misses yous and get wells.
