hugs and prayers for you!
good morning to all who come in. the rain came last night and i'm feeling it in my joints. hoping things will loosen up once i'm covered in creme. more to come for the next couple of days, then hopefully a clear weekend for the sale. mother wants me to come over on thursday, so i go through emissions then since it's close to her place. that means i have to speed up getting things ready and (ouch) getting them to my car.
i'll do as much as i can as gently as i can day by day.
wishing all a low pain, low stress day with some special moments sprinkled throughout. hugs!
Well I woke up to an email that results have been posted on the patient portal regarding my husbands CT he had last week.
It's not good. The results are concerning that the cancer has spread to his abdomen.
I feel sick. This can't be happening again.
I'll post a thread when I know more. Just wanted to come here and try to clear my head
Grammagus, it's so good to see you this morning! I'm so sorry your hands are in so much pain. I hope you'll be able to get into your Dr soon and hopefully get some much needed relief. I'm glad Ed is pitching in but sorry he also hurts. Sending up prayers for healing and much diminished pain.
Serenity, I'm sorry your hurting today. The weather really does play havoc on our bodies. I hope as the day moves along you'll start to feel a little better. Remember slow and steady wins the race. Maybe you could take a little bit at a time down to your car each day. I hope all your creams bring you much relief.
I jinxed myself by saying my pain was so much better. We're having the same weather as Serenity and ouch!! Today will be a day of just resting and hoping it all lets up.
Hoping all have a happy camper kinda day with low pain/stress

lisa, sorry the same weather is getting to you. hoping you find some sleep and relief, too.
yes, i'll take down a little at a time during the week. the back door to the building is locked for the weekend, so i couldn't start then and still have plenty to go through (if i can). thank, doll
The inflammations got a hold of me, lots of fevers & down time. I'm trying to keep my spirits up. My sister introduced me to a comedy on Amazon, Roku called; Curb Your Enthusiasm. It's quite good.

Autumn, when does your hubby see his Dr? Maybe a call to him is in order to see if he can get in soon. I wish I had some profound words to ease all your feeling. As I said earlier, wrapping you all in gentle hugs and prayers.
Love & God bless
Lisa
really hoping you'll feel better soon and get back into the "swing" of things, xoxo
autumn, i'm with lisa on wishing that there were words enough to help. much love
Autumn i cannot express how i feel about whats going on in your life sweetie so very sorry biggest hugs hope everyone has low pain day hugs minnie
ive been wondering about you Autumn. im so sorry, that news is devastating. i, too, can not find the words to express my sincere sorrow for all that your family is going through. just know you are within the CIrcle of never ending love and support. please let me know if theres anything i can do.
sorry the pain rearing its ugly head Lisa. rain and cold weather hurt us in ways thats just not fair. sorry for the sucker punch. its hard to get the joints not to react to the cool damp weather. i hope you can get comfortable enough to snooze for a few hours.
it has been awhile since youve been well Heiro, is there any word on the underlying reason you are ill? something has a hold of you and i dont like it. i dont like that youre down with fever and pain. im wishing you well my friend. im glad youre feeling a bit better today Min. pinched nerves are terrible! i hope youre able to take it easy today.
i slept for an hour and a half. its rainy so i dont think the boys will come out, we will see. mom and i may go to the store for butter so i can make some oatmeal raisin cookies. perfect weather for it. tomoato soup and grilled cheese, a must. i hope each of you are given a break and have a nice day. the power of the Circle is amazing. i can feel its energy surrounding us liftng our loads ever so slightly.
you're right it is like a sucker punch. i love the power of this wonderful circle.
hope you have a pleasant day!
Grammagus good to see you! I hope your new doctor finds a formula to take your pain down to a more comfortable level. You and Ed make a great team!
Serenity I feel for you being in pain and getting ready for a yard sale....pacing or not it's hard work. Achy rain enhanced joints don't help! Soak if you get a chance.
Aw Autumn I'm so sorry for the news you received, I was hoping it was words you'd never have to hear again. I'll start those prayers for you all again and that support is always here.
Lisa sorry you're back to the same old pain. Take it easy on yourself and sleep the sleep of babies today. Wishes up that rain lets up on you for awhile!
Hiero too funny.....has that dry sarcasm I like! I've never watched it either. Sure wish you'd get to feeling better.....like yesterday! Don't make me Sing that song......scary stuff!
Minnie so glad you're taking the full dose and it's helping. Have you been to PT? That's the usual course of action......usually :)
Erika so glad they found the lady last night, scary and bless her so dangerous. I agree your lunch sounds so good, I just might do the same!
I'm hoping the rain misses me so my brother can get on my roof. It's going to take some work and time, more than I thought.
I got a little sleep last night, I'll take it...much better than none :)
Hey Seek sorry for the face blow, don't like our special frog getting hurt. You really need to be put on epilepsy meds and I don't understand why you aren't already! They also can help with that pain......bonus!
Loving our wonderful Circle and holding hope out for all.....
Toni
Serenity-So sorry about the achy from the nasty weather. Pacing is good but boy do you have a lot of work with the sale. Curl up and keep warm tonight.
Autumn-Heart breaking. My MIL received this dx after uterine cancer and received wonderful medical intervention. Please know there are answers, help and hope. We love you on this FC so keep us posted in order to keep you supported and to feel our love.
Lisa is the rain causing the return of the pain? I don't like you to be back in the space of hurt. Today you can pace and rest with the fur babies.
Hiero too funny.....hopefully things will get better.
Minnie so glad you're taking the full dose and it's helping. I have radiculopathy also and did go to PT for awhile when it was decided not to ever touch my neck again. There is surgery for which my neighbor went through 4 months ago and she is completely pain/arm/hand free at the age of 74. There will be the surgery in my future when I decide enough is enough but at this point I still have my son here in a wheelchair. A neurosurgeon does the pain.
Erika that is so awesome the poor lady was found to be safe. Scary. LOVE grilled cheese and tomato soup.
Toni- Hoping the rain misses me so your brother can get on your roof. Roofs always take more time. Glad for the little sleep and hopefully more will come your way.
Did not realize how much work would be involved both emotionally and physically with Jeb here full time. Mario called and asked how he could support me and he is already is doing as much as possible. I like quiet during mornings and evenings and with his pacing/talking.
My pain up. I do feel like I am whining about things not as important as the other daily issues on here but my head will explode and there is no one outside of Mario and my BFF that understands. My BFF has cologenous colitis with up to 20 daily bloody stools so we do support one another. Geesh!!! I want to be 12 years old and either just play with our cows, chickens and turkeys while dreaming of being older without this reality!!
Hugs, Love and Low Pain,
Joanne
