new to group...74 am I too old? Stuck in glue! Like super glue. Time oozes away. Is it mon or fri today! I love the mindset we are flowers. Nourish ourselves, weed ourselves. If I get up and move I get into the groove.....but somehow it seems to me .....my butt is glued to the seat and another day all gone will be....my new mantra must be. get up get up get up.....
yeah, right now i feel like i'm trudging through quicksand, but i have a cold and the days blend.
what brought you to this group?...just wondering. quite a few of us have multiple conditions including chronic pain. you can get a good idea from looking through previous posts. and it would be nice to get to know you better.
