I hope that everyone has a great weekend!!! I'm doing okay physically. I don't know if I ever will be mentally, but acceptance of daily pain turned out to be key. Seeiny a shrink monthly and have made breakthroughs.

I see some of my long time friends are still here. Missed ya'll.

Hi David and Rosco! Yes that acceptance is a hard one to work through, glad you made it through the hurdle. Really good to see you. SuperDuck came and spent a few days with me and was asking about you, I'll be sure to tell her you popped in. Missed you, don't be such a stranger!

David so very glad to see you. I looked for you on FaceBook and couldn't find you. Miss you bunches and your name was mentioned in discussion the other day with a DS friend.

Pain is stressful and therapy is helpful I have found. Do you still make your famous meatballs??
