Happy New Years! I stayed up and watched the ball drop. Was polishing my nails actually and saw some fireworks go off from my kitchen window down here. Actually, from about 3 different areas they were going off, but I new in Palm Beach downtown Clematis Street they were having stuff going on balloons, face painting, fire works, but I could see it right from the house.
I'm glad you did 2 miles on the bike yesterday. I firmly believe that excercise helps my back, hip and leg pain. That's why I workout every day. I really would be crippled if I didn't. That's wonderful that you got a good night sleep. I forget what that feels like, but I have a feeling when I get home on my couch next wednesday, even though I'll be freezing, I'll sleep a lot better.
Grammagus I'm so glad the dr. adjusted Ed's medication. That's wonderful that he's sleeping better as well. I wish you the best of luck with your 5 mile goal on the bike. I think that's a reasonable goal to strive for. You're right, that's probably why you did sleep better.
As for me, I haven't set any resolutions yet, I already quit smoking, lost all my weight, quit drinking and drugging, don't gamble, I workout every day, I don't know, I'll think of something later
I hope and pray everyone has low pain day with low stress,
Hugs & love,
Xoxoxo

grammagus, a good night's sleep is always good. Good job on the bike riding! If I got on a bike and tried to ride, the EMT's would have to take me AND the bike to the ER, lol. I bet you're right about the sleep. The exercise most likely is the reason. You & Ed have a wonderful day!
ME, glad you got to see some fireworks. I"ve never been one to make resolutions. The expectations I place on myself is enough. Don't go stopping anything else. If you do, we might have to fit you for a halo! I'll be glad when you go home too. The poor sleep and increased pain will stop once you do, I think.
Well, wonder of wonders, we actually made it to the ball drop! We can't even remember when the last year it was when we did that. Maybe 1989! Anyway, now I have to remember to put 2014 on my dang checks!
I hope everyone has a low pain day. Have fun watching all the football games. Thank God for living in a house with 2 tv rooms!
Hugs & Smooches,
Dianna
hugs n hope!
Grammagus you're turning into a true road runner! I'm impressed with 2 miles and know you will reach your 5 mile resolution, you have the attitude! So glad you both are getting some much needed sleep :).
Uh ME try working on that stress tee hee! you have seemed to be doing better though. I'm always up at 12 am and didn't even realize the time until I started hearing those fireworks. So much for me being exciting!
Well well the crazy nut woman is back and hiding that nut very well. So made it to 12! Doesn't that make you feel just a little young again? tee hee
Buffalo Wings a Happy New Year to You! Hopes up its the best one ever for you :)
Hey Serenity hope you had a great one last night and the new one treats you right!
My resolution of the day is to clean myself and some of this house! The yearly ones-no way!
Love, laughter and new beginnings!

It's nice to see you all this afternoon. Hoping everyone has a relaxing day.
I'm still trying to recuperate from Christmas. I overdo it every year and never learn my lesson!
Dinner is in the crockpot (kraut and kielbasa) so nothing to do but take a nap. :)
Hugs, Vicky
My body is flaring so I am hummed. Also my collapsed eustacion tube is not any better after 8 days.
Hugs and low pain,
Joanne
So it was a nice meal, nice day, now I'm back in hot house and I'm dying of heat, but at least I got a break.
Hope you all had nice day with little pain
Love & hugs,
