hi I hope to find you all well ...I wish you all a peaceful day ...................I got back last Sunday. ....I was away ..on a fasting ceromoney .....I ended up with a migrain through the hole time I was there .....and only lasted two nights and three days and my blood was crashing ....so I had to eat ........but it was beyond amazing and I would not of mised for anything ......my daughter went to ...we were in tents ....our owen small tents ...in the bush ....she had a migrain the hole time to ...you could tell we were related .......lol ......the last night we spent in a cabin together .....and talked ..half the night ...since we couldent sleep .....................................................take care everyone ....God bless
Musk, Kuddo's to you for just trying to do the fast. I'm sorry you had to deal with a migraine the whole time you were there. I'm so happy for you for lasting as long as you did and all the wonderful things you were able to get out of the fast, not to mention the previous bonding time with your daughter! :)
The only thing I hope to accomplish today is a shower & sleep. That's it! Toni, this has to be my shortest post LOL!!
I hope everyone will take the time to just do something for yourself. Go outside, listen to the birds chirp, see how many shapes of things you can see in the clouds, take a long hot bubble bath. Just take the te to "just be"! You've earned it, you deserve it! So much for the short post haha!

Welcome back Musk! Missed you :). Sorry you get those mean migraines and your daughter too. I can remember my Grandma (bless her) and her church fasting, but they all decided to stop, it's so hard on the body! At least you gave it a try! Thanks for starting us off for the day :)
Howdy Lisa :). Hey this is still short for you! I'm not planning on accomplishing much today myself, let's unite in it! Hope those pain levels are still down for you and that nasty cold is gone :).
The only thing I do have planned is a quick go over of these floors and rest. Going to be a busy week and need to rest up for it. Plus I went grocery shopping yesterday, my body will thank me for today :).

my flight was very hard on pain levels. so much so i became physically sick on the 2nd flight. a little better except for a bad fall in the bathroom last night in which i bruised some ribs and just hurt many things. nothing broken. just pretty sore. dave's flight is in and he'll be coming by sometime today and we'll get a bite. i'm not sure i'll last the full time with all the walking and stairs, but i'll enjoy my friends and figure it out as i go.

Easy on that housework Toni I want to send you a set of cabana boys to help you then feed you ice cream after. I'm so glad you made it Serenity. I hate to hear you were sick and a fall on top of it, wrapping you in bubble wrap for the rest of your trip. Enjoy your friends.
Scott hyper extended his elbow Friday so he's taking it real easy for the next few days. Mom m I are stepping out for a few so I won't be here in the afternoon. ..I'll try to update you when i get home this evening. You all have a wonderful day okay. Today has not revealed itself. I do need to repackage a gift due to sending it to the wrong state. To say at times I have directional issues is an understatement. Drove to the wrong state for a wedding but not entirely my fault....then there was the time I drove Jeb 3 hours towards Tampa and his appointment was in Gainesville, Fl because I was used to Spencer going to Tampa and usually it was Spencer on Tuesdays. Sigh. Maybe going to Mom and Dad's...but perhaps my body should just rest.

Serene, should have warned you the different levels of the plane present different levels of air pressure. Not always good on the joints. But, you are there, now....ENJOY YOURSELF!!!!

MoonDancing, (BTW, I love the thought behind your profile name), my oldest daughter has directional issues too. She should have been born blonde. She relies, very much, on GPS. But, she still gets lost. Mainly because GPS choses "shortest" way. sometimes, I Have TO Laugh. "Shortest way" is not always "smartest". Many stories there.
and, my SIL insisted on going "shortest" way one time. Finally got him to confess he wanted to go across new bridge. hhhmmm...I finally got them to pull over and get a printed map. I was out of my comfort zone. So was he. But, like most men, he would not admit he was lost.
