i've been buzzing like a wasp myself. no focus, but getting a few thing done here and there. mostly a nice day minus pain which is a given. beans are yummy and i'll saute some spinach in a sec. after reading about your meat fest i'll just go without. mother had a nice visit with dad which is so good to hear and hoping that means the meds are getting straightened out. going to have dinner and watch the clouds float in.

I've taken my pups out a few times. They'd like to stay out more, but I have to watch Daisy Mae's sun exposure. Tried to nap, but still restless.....bet I sleep good tonight. Getting to ready to watch Pompeii, looks good. Love the whole drama history movies. Braveheart, etc....

My fave pharmacist says my adrenals are probably in sleep mode do to the prednisone soooooooo I need to titer down to 4 from 5mg. It is amazing how 1 mg. of any med can so affect me. My rare disease doc has a 90 year old woman that also has my co-conditions and she cannot go below 1 mg.in order to be mobile. Appointment Tuesday. If that is the case so be it, just glad I made the decision to be done soon. Pain be damned.

We had a great sunny day of driving around looking at the beautiful pink dogwoods in bloom. We have one in the front yard and a white one in the backyard. It was so wonderful to appreciate nature. Then I came home and finished the Master bedroom organization. DONE!!! Feels so good.

My shoulder/arm is shot & I am so very sorry for not addressing each individually, will try to do better tomorrow:(

I'm sitting out in my car enjoying a spectacular lighting & thunder show complete with big fat raindrops. Slept most of the day off and on, as long as I don't move much, especially my head I'm ok. Crazy how my pt gal barely touched me, very little pressure but brought on a whole world of hurt from SI joints all the way up through the neck. Gino's had three doses of his meds and his scratching has already decreased dramatically. While I'm happy I worry as this med has potential for serious side effects more than the other for now I'll just think good thoughts & be grateful these are small tablets & not capsules, he's taking them like a champ.

I'm wishing all "spirit strong" so that all may face, endure and rejoice over whatever trial, tribulation, and good stuff that comes your way. As always keeping you all close to my heart & tightly in my prayers.

Serenity have you done pots on your balcony this year? The mention of beans gets my attention. You sauté spinach and I wilt it. The chefs sweat it. Funny, right??? It is all the same I think. Now my grandma would fry a little bacon and then remove it and throw in the spinach and crumble the bacon, maybe put a little chopped green onion and dress it with a bit of red vinegar. That wouldn't be served with beans. It would be lunch and might have a hard boiled egg garnish.

Erika a nice long soak in the tub sounds so relaxing. I have the waterfall shower head and just stand under that for almost an hour hour. Love it.

Toni how is the stick stacking coming along. Hope your guy shows up tomorrow if it isn't raining, sounds like you and the pups had a great outside day. Enjoy that movie.

Seek I have missed seeing you. A visit to family sounds exciting and a big birthday celebration sounds a good time to go. A car show with dad all the better.

Michael I agree with you on a spring thunderstorm. Awhile back we had one at dusk and the lightening was pink from the sunset. It was beautiful. I enjoy light shows in the sky. Very awesome.
