I have been away ..for a bit ...sorry ..just needed a break .....been in a little ..just answering mesages .........just feeling a little worn dowen .........when I come ..in here to often not to this group but to .....the ...hole ..place ....seeing so much pain .......I just have to be carfull or it could bring me ddown ..and I don't want to go back there ........so I took a break ........but I did miss you ....and was thinking of you ......I hope you all have a wounderfull day .......I have lots to do ....I am working on my painting ....my kitchen floor needes washing ...I have to pick letuse and swish chard for supper ................and I am sure I will find a lot more to do ...........my h is gone out for coffee with the boys ...and my puppy is outside untill he gets back ...lol ......he thinks he schould live outside and just come in to get loved up and feed ...lol ....the post office is going on strick on Thursday if they haven't got an agreament by than ..it doesent look good ........and I had an important ...packeg to mail .......I hope they don't have to strake ................have a good day everyone .......hugs all around .......
i posted a few minutes after you. i'm not sure if they can delete it or not yet. but in a nutshell, i slept really well with some very pleasant dreams. pain is low but there so i'm going to do what i can as i can. first thing of order is contacting the dr's office to make sure those faxes for my meds get attention and called in today.

BTW, many in this area starting cleanup process. Talk about a downer!
