it is 3:20 and I can't sleep ....I was catching up .... we just come through a big winter storm ...whiteout ....the kids got two snow days ...so we got back our snow ..but by next Monday everything is going to start melting and we are going to be getting rain ...............................we have a flue ...this is the first time we get sick at the same time ....usualy it is two or three weaks apart .....so we are two sickeys .......I finaly went and got an angizity med but am only taking it when it gets realy bad or if I want to drive ......my brother is making me somthing for angizity to .....he makes all kinds of natural remedies ....we are using his Vix ...right now ...I realy like it ....

Musk, I was just getting ready to go to bed & thought I'd pop in here real quick to check on all my special peeps that I miss soooo much! & there you were :) I'm so sorry you both have the flu. Fingers crossed it passes quickly. I'm glad you were able to get something for your anxiety, but please be careful taking it when driving. Maybe try it out for a week or so & see how you react first. I just want you to be safe & sound. I hope your able to get some sleep & wake feeling a little better.
Finally after one horrendous & extremely painful week it seems to be letting up a little WOOHOO! It has put a huge damper on my studies & put me behind. So today is a huge cram day as I have appts with fellow trainees to practice with. I also need to find "real" people. I have one special lady who volunteered, will gladly accept more. I'm in the process of becoming a tapping into wealth expert Coach( EFT) if curious go to you tube &. type in Margaret Lynch EFT or just type EFT or Tapping. Well, off to bed. I hope everyone has a fantabulous day complete with low pain & stress!

lisa, glad to hear your pain is letting up. also great that you're able to work on your new techniques. i wish you success in that. hope you get some good sleep!
i woke up in incredible pain like i was turned into a pretzel during the night. i'll just pay bills online today. all else will be bonus if there is anything else. hoping time on the heating pad will ease it up enough to get into a warm shower.

Lisa - I have my fingers crossed that today's cram session doesn't lead to more pain. I hope it gives you smiles and excitement instead.

It has been so productive today I felt like it was Wednesday. Lot's ticked off the list and more to do for the week ahead. I did 3 apts for Mum the week just finished. Exhausting. Not sure she is accepting that her breathing will not ever return to normal. She has 45% of her lungs left. Sad for her a lot. On the up side she is wearing her hearing aid. It doesn't help a lot with the background noise eg traffic, planes but I think she can hear me and TV a little better. So not all bad.

My Granddaughter turns in the heart monitor for POTS. Her husband had another seizure and fortunately it was at the recording studio where the owners wife is a neuro nurse.......what are the odds? His meds need adjusting. She did tell me they are planning my 70th surprise birthday party for Bend, OR. We always plan my surprise birthday parties because I bake the cake. :-))

Nessa glad you've accomplished a lot, but wow you have to be exhausted and hurting. Hope you can squeeze some Nessa time in there :). Sorry your Mum has such a hard time, it must trouble you so much.

Moonie always a busy family, but the love blossoms! I've been excited about your birthday for you :).
I need to go to the store today if only for a few items......like ice cream ;). Yesterday when I was out and about I couldn't help but notice the dogwoods were bloomed everywhere and here it's been in the 20's-30's at night!
