Yesterday I didn't do much of anything. I did finish a psychedelic turtle that I started the night before and I started on an elephant. I did take a nap in the afternoon which is very rare for me and then I was able to sleep 7 hours last night. This morning the pain is high in my hands, shoulders, neck, and feet.
I was able to bike over to my friend who ordered the pillows. They look very nice on her cream colored patio furniture. Also I met her husband. Such nice people and I made some new friends.

i'm sorry your pain is so high today. i hope you're going to take the day off. how nice that you biked over and saw your pillows in their new home and met a nice couple as well. sounds like a nap was in order. hope your pain improves and you get some relief today.
i filled up the two bins with my food. it was all i could do to move it down to the floor.
i think i have room for my special vinegars that stay in a corner of the counter in the other one sitting in my living room. not trying with the dishes. i always ask that they don't spray, just use bait so i hope they can work with it.
penny is such a good snuggler that when i really had to get up this morning she wouldn't budge. i was the meat in the sandwich between my body pillow and penny. i ended up on my knees on the floor trying to hoist myself up and make it to the bathroom, then she hops off the bed! she's full of silliness and not a day goes by i get a chuckle from her.
i'll get what i can done before i have to leave for the dr...one i haven't seen before since mine is out of town.

Serenity...sounds like you've been doing a lot of work. Yikes. Hope your dr apt goes well
As for me...I'm going to try to take it easy today. The weekend is going to be even crazier than last weekend. Maddy has a sore throat so I'm keeping a close eye on her.

Serenity, I hope the exterminators just use the traps. The smell left over by the chemicals is awful and how would Ms Penny handle it? Welcome to my world. I can't get something out of the cupboards below without having to hold something to rise! I hope those morons get done quick! Good luck at the doctor's today!
I woke up to "Oh shit! it's 5:15!" I jumped out of bed and did the things Hal does in the morning. So here I am, up bright and early. Normal pain so far (it's early yet, lol). Roxy's saving me by running her little tail off. Big boys are outside.
Plan is to take it easy as possible. I hope everyone else does the same.

Grammagus, I'm glad you were able to get a nap in followed by a good nights sleep. I'm sorry you are in so much pain. How nice you were able to bike to your friends and see how nice you pillows looked & made new friends to boot! I sure hope you'll take today off and pamper yourself. I hope your pain diminishes as the day progresses.
Serenity, Miss Penney sure sounds like one special cuddle bug! I feel for you having to empty your cupboards that's a big undertaking and then there's having to put it all back. I'm sorry your in so much pain. I hope your Dr appt goes well and your able to come home and relax with your heating pad & Miss Penney.
Pain is still pretty high again today so I have high hopes of being able to sleep the day & early evening away. Hubby is coming down with the miserable cold/virus, I know he doesn't feel well when he calls in sick to work.The last thing I need is to get sick again. No offence guys, but boy is he a baby when he's sick lol! I love him to pieces, but I'm like here's a box of Kleenex, a jug of water& a can of Lysol now go lock yourself in a room & don't come out until your better lol! It's a good thing I'm easy to live with when feeling gucky teeheee!

dianna, what a rude awakening! i'm glad the cats and the pain is under control. may they all stay that was for you today. yes, i always tell them only bait, but it's always a new person.

hoping toni got up to see the dentist. i'm pretty concerned about her. hoping jeb's ok. there are tropical storms all around oz, so i hope seek is safe and dry.

Serenity, that mgmt co. Gets ridiculous sometimes. I'm glad they take care of things like that, but need to give more notice. You just got everything organized and now you have to start all over again. I hope your appointment goes well.

Dianna, what a good wife you are, getting up to help Hal get out. I remember those few times I woke up late for work. It's not the best way to start your day. I'm sure Hal feels the same. Hope you can relax for a bit after the cats get settled.
Lisa, that stinks that hubby is sick. Omg, you're too funny, here's the lysol, don't bother me. I hope he feels better. It doesn't sound like he gets any sympathy fromyou (lol) I get it, tthat's the last thing you need. You have enough going on. Hope you both feel better.
Well it's back to 20º here and they're talking about more snow over this weekend. REALLY? I think I'll make a chicken soup tomorrow. I'll pick up the chicken and Celery today. I have everything else. I'm making pork tips tonight. I'm eating so much chicken lately that I'm surprised I'm not clucking.
I'm off to the gym today and a little house cleaning and that's enough for me. I hope everyone has a great day.

Lisa good grief many guys are that way! You'd think they were dying the way they carrying on! LOL. I don't think our guys here do, they have to tolerate too much on a daily basis and are tough asses! They need to show the rest how to do Man up! tee hee. Get better darn it!

Going to the dentist this morning to see and do something about this sore on my gum. I am past ready! My gosh this hurts something fierce. Sure distracting me from my other pain. I know i'm stubborn about going no need to stand in line and tell me so haha!

Damn Skippy Friday. Thank the Lord yes. I have had a weird week. Nightmares EVERY night this week. Have been waking up exhauseted. But I drag my ass to work. Today I got a reward for this.So glad I came in!
They FINALLY took one of main duties away which is sneding out 5-6 very large important checks around 4pm. I have been here many days lately til 5:30-6:00. I was training this other person. It was supposed to last two days. She dicked aroound and dragged it out to two weeks. Today the boss said she was taking over my duties whether she was ready or not! Can I get an Amen? Can I get a Halleluyah form the group? I mean this extra work has been killin me.
I have nothing planned for this weekend/ Although I am happy for the warmer weather. this time of year is still a little sucky. Too cold and wet to golf or plant flowers. Myabe I should find an iniside project. Maybe nothing at all.
Toni, go to the dentist! Unless it means you cant talk, kiddingg gotcha.

Serenity-Too bad they can't just tent the entire apartment building but that would require everyone out for 2 days. The bugs are killed and rarely return. Miss Penny sounds like the perfect kitty.

My body is wracked and not quite sure why. If this is a flare-up we will not be amused. Friends invited us to be their guests at brunch today. We were there to pick up the pain from their son's suicide 2 years ago. Their son was very close to us and did many project for me. He is missed with every breath.
Jeb sounds ready to get home and begin taking his therapy dogs for hospital visits. One of the hospitals is an all day bus trip there and back for an hour of patient visiting. He just loves showing his Tator Tot off.

I need to catch up with all of you and see what's been going on. I hope everyone is doing well. I think the last time I posted, I was sad about my elderly cat, Abby, getting close to crossing over the Rainbow Bridge. Well, she has passed away and is dearly missed. She had a really good, long life.... RIP sweet AbbyCat.
