My favorite go to is a king size Hershey bar & mini charleston chews. I too am familiar with the doldrums. It's ironic how there can be a ton of stuff to do, but I get so bored there's zero energy. On those days my exercise is opening the wrapper :)

I've been having a slug fest myself and just bought myself a king size 3 musketeer and a heath bar. Was going to buy some chocolate ice cream too, but decided to whoa myself.

Sneaking slumps, nasty doldrums, n boredom, .... yup,.... and Ummm.... "where the heel, did that frog go" ?? ....... Yup... Hmmmm..... "Manopause"....?

Two huge "gas" stations, a bus interchange thingy have been built, and, I didn't even know they were being built... our town is tiny... Like umm wow..... we have 5 petrol stations in town now,,,,

.He He. "Kermit the Hermit"... but... best bit is.... Wahooooo..... Hungry Jacks ,.. Ummm "Burger King" is coming too..... Awwww,... I like Hungry Jacks.... that'll nip those nasty "Blues" in the butt.... 8-) ... and, get a good dose of cholesterol.....

N a Yaay-- every fortnight an ice cream truck started coming around... i get my most favorite ice cream coney thingys.... and keep a box in the freezer for a chocy smile... see.... 8-),... and their, half the price of the shops.. cool...

Tomorrow night, flippers crossed, I am going to join the local car club, I know everyone there and have been meaning to join for ages,.. So once // twice a month I'll be amongst "Car Nutz" and join in on the cruises, n fun stuff like the drive in... ... 8-)..... we still have one..

Have fun with the "chocolate jar"...///,.. the cinnamon cat nip..//. and hershey bars,..... and hopes everyone treats one's shelf for a blues buster...

I stumbled across this one night, decades ago, well... actually WAS stumbling due to the rather high alcohol levels in the blood stream.
Put scoop for scoop of ice cream and whip cream in blender, loosely packed about 1/2-3/4 full, add approx 2-5 shots of cream, blend at low speed and you'll have to help it with a wooden spoon to get it blending (you want to keep it thick as possible, add whatever you want. Smarties, cookies, pickles, olives, raspberries, whatever....Enjoy
In the "ole" days 3-9 shots of blueberry brandy or strawberry brandy would substitute the cream, those were really good!

I'm right here HAPPY , not quite, but thanks Dianna, you're so sweet to think of me. Well I ran errands all day and got aggravated in stores that were so busy I couldn't wait in those lines on my best day.

I needed a new paper shredder and what a nightmare. I thought it was a holiday. Everyone with their kids out getting school supplies. The kids running around in the stores. Rude little ones and big ones too. Had to get my ass out of there before I kicked some (lol)

My depression food is ice cream or anything with chocolate, dark preferably. JC, I know how you feel honey because I'm right there with you. Just one of them days. I'm so glad to be home where it's cool. Ahhh

That's so funny, that song is one of my favorites because I'm a Leo and I love lions so I always liked that song. And yes I'll take that ice cream as long as you'll have sone with me. I haven't eaten since breakfast snd I'm starving. I'm doing laundry, a little work out and then I'll have something quick

I never made the barbecue today. I actually think it got cancelled because no one ever said anything. Oh well, quiet day except for running my ass off.
