When I buy a Black Forest Cake, I'm not thinking of preservatives and I don't think they use them. That's why they have expiration dates. Of course those days are gone. I'm too old to be eating that way, lol!

ready made? I don't like the frosting either yuck. they don't put the extra little touches we do like spices either.
